TL Contracting, the builder who is developing Kinnakeet Villas is proud to be working on a local housing project with the Cape Hatteras Electric CO-OP on the employee housing initiative.
This initiative helps the CO-OP our island overcome the challenge of getting the CHEC lineman, staff, and their families in houses when it can be very hard to find reasonably priced long-term options.
The project for 2 homes is underway and will be finished in 2026.
